Access

The Aluma Journey is offered free of charge. Chapter 1 (Awareness) is open to everyone; Chapters 2 through Integration require a free email signup. There is no paid tier, no subscription, no recurring charge.

Email and communications

When you sign up with your email, you agree to receive occasional newsletters from Aluma Ritual about new chapters, retreats, and offerings. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. Your email is never sold or shared.

Wellness, not clinical care

Aluma Ritual is a wellness journey rooted in ancient practices reframed for contemporary self-knowledge. Nothing in Aluma (including the Ayurvedic mirror, dosha-specific recommendations, or chapter content) is a substitute for medical, psychological, or clinical advice. If you live with a medical condition, chronic pain, an eating disorder, severe anxiety, or depression, please consult a qualified professional. Aluma can walk alongside, not in place of, that care.

Intellectual property

All content within the Aluma Journey (text, audio, images, and the structured assessments) is protected by copyright. You're welcome to use it for personal practice; please don't redistribute or republish.
